1. Purpose

This document outlines how Vi’s Agentic AI platform is deployed, monitored, and continuously improved within a partner’s environment.

It explains how the system ensures accuracy, safety, and compliance in agentic workflows and across multimodal interactions, including voice, chat, and SMS. It also describes how the partner’s reviewers can observe, audit, and evaluate every step of the workflow.

All components operate within the partner’s secure infrastructure. Data, transcripts, and telemetry are stored indefinitely unless deletion is requested by the partner.


2. Observability and Auditing

Every interaction is fully traceable from each workflow, and in the case of multimodal agents, the moment a user speaks or types until the final response or escalation.

We instrument the system using industry-standard OpenTelemetry for unified traces, metrics, and logs.

Each interaction records:

All data is surfaced in Vi Operate, which provides real-time visibility into transcripts, tool performance, and safety markers.

The partner’s reviewers can search, filter, and download complete audit packages for quality or regulatory review.
